Milwaukee Brewing Co.
Customized Beer Finder

Problem:
They wanted a mobile branding tool that could help customers find beer and connect with their downtown brew pub, The Milwaukee Ale House.

Solution:
We built a Milwaukee Brewing Co. mobile app with a custom beer finder feature, allowing users to find Milwaukee Brewing Co. products at any nearby bar or retail location across the country. Integration of in-app menus, a loyalty card, and special offers for the Milwaukee Ale House also helps them raise awareness and engagement for the brew pub among brand fanatics and newbies alike.

Steny's Tavern & Grill
Driving Business During Slow Times

Problem:
They needed to drive more business during slow times and keep regulars up-to-date on daily beer taps & shuttle bus operations.

Solution:
We put together an in-app loyalty program that drives business and rewards loyalty during slow times and on items that they have a high margin on. This specifically included their lunch menu and a Growlers-to-Go program. In addition, their mobile app management system allows for Steny's to easily update their tap beers from a database of over 13,000 and to update their app and website simultaneously, sending information right into their customers' hands. The tavern's customers can also use the app to receive shuttle bus exclusive messages about timing, pickups, and operations to Bucks, Brewers, and Admirals games.

Bunzel's Meat Market
Direct Communication & Customer Engagement

Problem:
They were seeking a more direct form of mobile communication to enhance their existing social media and email strategy. On top of that, they also needed more in-store customer engagement.

Solution:
Using their new custom mobile app, Bunzel's is now able to engage existing customers who are already using their email and social platforms, driving them to make more directed purchases and increasing loyalty with the market's in-app Bunzel's Bucks Program. By putting their brand right on their customer's phone they are able to bypass the more crowded marketing channels and communicate directly with their most loyal followers.

The app also allows more interaction at the in-store meat counter, with the ability for customers to redeem certain special offers on the app before the customer reaches the cash register.

The Bavarian BierHaus
Syncing Reservation Apps and Saving Time Updating

Problem:
They wanted to manage their website and mobile app in one place at one time. They were also looking for a way to leverage their existing marketing efforts and funnel new and existing customers into an efficient mobile marketing strategy.

Solution:
We put together a custom mobile app and website solution that allows them to update their app and website at one time. In addition, we integrated Yelp Reservations, Untappd beer lists, and Mail Chimp email sign ups to easily sync to their website. Bavarian now uses the app when marketing through social media, radio & television to spread brand awareness and engage new and existing customers. They do this by enticing each customer to "Join the Beer Club" by downloading their app, and they will get a free beer the next time they stop by the BierHaus. This also exposes these individuals to the in-app loyalty program, up-to-date beer and food menus, monthly rotating coupons, and events that are exclusive to app users.

Finally, the app also allows Bavarian BierHaus a direct way to re-market to guests and encourage repeat business on the customer's terms.

Milwaukee Waterfront Deli
Rainy Day Offers in an Urban Environment

Problem:
They needed to communicate daily lunch and breakfast specials and last minute offers to customers in a downtown environment, where their target market is typically within walking distance.

Solution:
Their customized mobile app allows the deli to update their daily specials easily with photos and descriptions every morning, and allows the customer one click access to check out what is for lunch every day. Customers can decide if they would like to receive messages from the deli for last minute offers, wine club specials, and rainy day deals. These push notifications allow the deli to invite people out of their offices and into the city as a way to drive sales on days when the deli needs to make a push for more butts in seats.

Milwaukee Coffee Peddlers
Up-to-the-Minute Location Updates

Problem:
Milwaukee Coffee Peddlers is a bicycle powered organic cafe that sets up base at locations across Milwaukee everyday. Because of this, they needed a way to inform customers of their location as quickly and accurately as possible.
